Return of goods of inadequate quality
Claims regarding goods of inadequate quality (manufacturing defect, damage during transportation, etc.) are accepted within 7 days from the moment of receipt of the order, provided that the marketable appearance, packaging and settlement document are preserved.
Damage to the outer transport packaging (box/crate) must be recorded immediately upon receipt of the goods in the presence of a representative of the delivery service.
Return of goods of adequate quality
If the purchased coffee or other product does not suit you for any reason, you can return or exchange it within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order under the following conditions:
- The product has not been used and has not been unpacked
- The marketable appearance, completeness and integrity of the factory packaging are preserved
- A settlement document (receipt or invoice) is available
Coffee and other food products of adequate quality that have been unpacked or show signs of use are not subject to return and exchange in accordance with the law.
Refund
Refunds are made within 7 banking days from the moment the Seller actually receives the returned goods to the account from which the payment was made (or in another way convenient for you by prior agreement).
